what's so good about mhm?, page-15

Anyone think this may affect any purchase by MHM of the 3rd party technology?

    No.

He doesn't own it by himself. There has been no indication that he's sold his shares and he'd have to make deals that Frank agrees with.

Add it as a risk if you want, but is it really likely that they've come this far to suddenly stick the knife in the back of MHM.

Who would they deal with who has plants ready to go and can actually make use of the technology and has a partnerships with SSC, SIMS and Alcoa?

What would that do to their corporate reputation?

Frank is not conflicted. He is the managing director of MHM and has over 19m shares and options.

If he turns around and deals MHM out he would smash the value of those shares.

If you think that Peter Robinson no longer being a director is a negative, then you to have to say that Frank's continued presence is a positive. Unless you want to be hypocritical about it.

The question you say is begged, is not begged at all. Obviously they installed NMP because they can and have the rights to. They do have first right of refusal and they don't seem to have refused yet do they?

At least you asked some questions for a change, but they are pretty ridiculous.
