ACB -MHM have not acquired the rights to SPL and NMP yet - only the right of first refusal. We own ALNAK - which is the main game -but the rest is not fully ours yet.
That said - they are ours for the taking and with NMP being linked to ALNAK, the tech provider being our main shareholder......already installed in our plant....lol well join the dots. I think NMP is ours bar the fat lady doing her yodelling thing :-)
SPL? not sure - the tennessee pilot plant? - joint venture with SSC in tennessee - looks v.likely thats ours too.
