Putting the NASDAQ listing aside the company has said it will make announcements regarding P/O's when they have them, not individually naming companies but in a "consolidated" fashion...there hasn't been anything so there can't be the P/O's they were expecting yet. This is the most imprtant point, not the NASDAQ timetable
