With respect, it seems like a bit of a strawman argument you're making. We're talking about the RISK of a potential negative outcome on Thursday - not the share price movements leading up to it - which in my eyes don't necessarily correlate at all.
But be that as it may; I don't see tremendous strength in the share price movements over the past couple of days, given the very low volumes traded. That evolves every day though (even as I write this, the 82.5 sell side is now gone... so its drifting up ever so slightly).
