    The irony is that the Company does not get to determine whether an ann is "price sensitive." The ASX does. At least that's my understanding.

    The bottom line is this: The sp has been bubbling up for days now before the court case is heard within the next 48 hours or so. As LYC points out, every one of these stupid appeals has ended the same way. So there's really not going to be a lot of bots or bods out there who would short it right now. This case is going to have the same outcome as all the others. The effect of it will be that once again "uncertainty" will be removed (until the silly buggers start again).

    Instos have to err on the side of safety, so everything is going sideways until Thursday is over. Some early birds are in there picking the worms, but my guess is that once the court deals with it (again), Friday will see a return to at least the .90 mark and hopefully beyond.

    Ask yourself if you would be that LYC is going to head south in any meaningful way and you will probably not be willing to gamble on that downside. My two cents.
