What's the best and worst scenario?

Hi,
I would like some opinions on the best and worst case scenarios for TON?
My friend who work in the banking industry told me that VA is the end of a company. Even if TON found a buyer, share holders like us will get penny if not nothing back. And TON will not be able to revive itself no matter what (in the sense that old shares will be wall papers).
Is this generally the case? I would like some opinions from experienced traders (best with historical examples). Not someone who still believe that the SP can jump back to $1... I heard enough of that!!
