now now as names little hints negotiations/finalisation/decision is coming to the hot,pointy end of the Triangle triton. Two sides are for Asset Stripping and higgo's side is going for a ruling against this CONcept.
Higgo is handicapped by the Grafex dead weight.
It's always been this scenario. Existing shareholders screwed by BB's Grafex Deal stuffing the capital structure, number of shares on issue etc blah. Recap and Re Struct can only be done maintaining existing shareholders IF there's 100% owner and control.
