Does anyone had particularly good results with any type of supplement that is being taken for being Anemic?
I know that the basic idea is to get your Iron levels higher, but the reason they are low can be due to other things that forbid the body to make/store the iron one does absorb and so simply taking Iron supplements won't work in those cases.
So if you do comment, may i ask what is your reason for using the supplement you might discuss and how did it go and how does it work in the body?

PS: Some might feel i need Lead (Pb) in my diet, but i am referring to Iron lol ;-)
