I am thinking that becoz K reached the foreign investment max ((49%) so if the third party coming in it will dilute their AJL value, unless they want the 25% Cuadrilla for the debt.
I hope they would have some understanding and let us keep the cuadrilla porfolio intact (which i doubt it somehow). Would be interesting to see how this play out? which white (or dark) knight would come to the rescue?
