Nice post and I like Shaw's numbers. Chinguetti should be able to finance the dveleopment of other fields and tie-ins. The rerating of HDR has a long way to go IMHO. But it won't fully happen tomorrow or next week or this year - unless perhaps a takeover battle develops - then the "potential" of the numerous undrilled prospects will have to be factored in (as WPL did against Shell's last bid).
