What's the Big Rush?

I've been reading with interest the different views on this forum especially the negative ones and their advice "that sell now before the stock implodes is the way to go".

It is seriously difficult to take any such view seriously and perhaps its just simply posters looking to wind up people who knows?

Anyway I will state the obvious for any holder who has seen this stock drop as low as 3.5c over the past few years and now has an underbidder to this company at 14.5c.

WHAT'S THE HURRY FOLKS????

1) The financial results for MAH are due out in the nest 2/3 weeks which will tell us all on the continued progress towards the company making a sustainable profit going forward.

2) We have a larger shareholder in Forager Funds Management that has already stated in their view MAH is worth up to 20c comprising .17c of net assets of which 30% of this CASH that's right you read it first. Clearly they are prepared to resist any takeover at this level which can only be good news for the rest of us.

3) MAH management have spoken of an upcoming increase in the Tropicana contract volumes and profit which is significant given this is the most profitable contract on the books.

4) MAH management have advised on potential upcoming contracts in the pipeline new business.

5) The company has very little debt or interest cost

6) An independent expert has been appointed as to advise on the true value of the business which will be released in the coming weeks. Surely this will be above 14.5c

If you are total non believer and you just want the 14.5 c well guess what the bid cant be revoked for at least a month so at least listen to the information released and then make a judgement.

In the meantime to our friends who suggest just sell the stock is about to implode perhaps you would like to tell us if you ahve any relationship with the bidder because you are simply not telling the truth!
