    the fact is it's very common pratice too offer attaching "free options" to sophisticated investors. so i'm not sure why some are on their high horse.

    i bet if you put up $2,000,000 bucks you'd be looking for a sweetner like free attaching options.

    bottom line investors will make a few bucks overtime, i'm happy with that. it's just pity i didn't get in on the action (placement).
