Yep aggree. That is the biggest critisism that the placement wasn't done to existing holders. It could have been done on a 1 share per 4 owned or something of that nature so as to ensure existing holders were rewarded for their support. Then the free option at a 5c conversion price. This would have encouraged people to hold the stock seeing its value better reflected and ultimately putting more money back into TSV once the price is higher. ( everyone wins ). The way it was done gives a quick buck to people who may never have held and probably have no desire to long term. Just my opinion and i'm dark i didn't get the opportunity to take part, but everyone must agree it was done with little consideration to existing holders. That is a fact not speculation.
