I agree with your idea on the state of play.
If you look at the value of TSV being about $20M(10%), it values the project as having a $200M value.

I do think with the confirmation of gas, possible larger gas fiels (> 500m gas shows) together with some oil it has places to go in terms of SP.

Logically if you look at it, you wouldn't sell. But most people have been bitten by poor share results so even a 20% return in a short period is good.
