whats the catch??

Just having a look at the low market cap goldies and this one has popped up.

I am getting a conservative SP value based on a current inferred,indicated and measured of 55c and that is using a conservative EV of $50 per Oz inferred and $100 per Oz measured and indicated.

They have cash - not too many shares although a huge pile of oppies - which will bring in cash if the Sp stays up

Cant see any debt - typical for an explorer.

So what is the catch?
