    Yeah I'm aware of what a bid and asks are, not totally stupid, and I was only ever talking about buying at 0.001 and selling at 0.002.. Anyway surely a long queue doesn't matter if there is enough being traded, so I will assume you mean the volume is too low relative to the outstanding orders. The answer to my question then is the fact there isn't enough being traded so it wouldn't really be possible to buy or sell any that easily, if at all. Hastings sloppy with the terminology surely, or is that a correct way of saying it, seems wrong? And I don't see how many shares on issue being of any relevance as suggested by GoodGolly. I would've thought it is only a function of volume and outstanding orders.
