    There is at least one is under a conditional contract for $47.68M; Charles st plaza & adelaide central carpark as part of MCS 2 (CNP hold approx 16.8% look through interest in this syndicate via its holding in DPF).

    Book value of this; June 07 51.3m, Dec 07 53.8m, which would represent a discount of 7% from June 07, or 11.5% from Dec 07.

    From the webcast there are numerous others at different negotiation stages, pending announcements within the next few weeks.
