    I would not allow a takeover of 45cents. No way in hell! I am holding at an average higher than that amount so why should I support that. The only thing that I am in favour of is a refinancing deal and the return road to recovery.
    .
    I want the SP to hit 1-5 dollars one day and pay good divies. p.s I would have been holding for a year in december. Another year wont hurt... ie long term
