Can someone only takeover CNP, or would they be more likely to takeover the group?

Also, talk of possibly splitting US from Australia, which could make sense from a takeover point of view.

Someone with a healthy balance sheet (ie. a low LVR) would be an ideal candidate as they would be able to roll the debts into long term.
