I just cant see it being a supply or manufacturing announcement, finding someone to make a chip is not trading halt important.

Just has to be a sale agreement to a big players.
Although, it may just be a trial / test arrangement, not a massive bulk run.

Still, if anyone of significance is buying anything, it must work, and that in itself hits SP out of the ball park into a new game.
