    Whats the Chances of this breaking out of the 4's this week,I would have it a guess NIL,when it looks like doing something the hand brake is applied,the stochastic has leveled out,bollinger is still on upward trend,you can almost see it straining to unleash but others prefer it to stay @ 41 and I do not think any announcement will change things (Hope I am proved wrong).
    All the people who thought BOA where going to lift us are having second thoughts,BOA maybe doing what was predicted by a poster
