From reading some stuff on the website, the Chile project has the potential to earn 750 mil over 10 years once its in production. This may not be correct.
As we all know, ADY will never get this underway on their own. A JV would probably not be viable to either side of the deal as the new Player would be running the show anyway. So its better for both parties to just sell as a buyout IMO.
The market cap of ADY is only 21 million yet the Chile asset would have to be worth 75 million as a guess.
So mabe we would get 3 cents a share back on a buyout. Mabe ??
