Agree with your qualification "..assuming the NASDAQ listing occurs". I have 90,000 shares (I know not a lot in the scheme of things) and I will be voting against merger with NABI/listing on NASDAQ; and I suspect there are a lot of Mum and Dad investors like me who will be voting NO. The thing is that we only need 25% of shares to vote no and the merger is sunk.

Am I likely to change my mind before September, No. Do I think others will change their mind, Yes I do, but I think that people will be changing from yes to no the more they think about it.
