My view is these shares will skyrocket once listed on the Nasdaq

Remember that is where the access to funds are

However the most important thing is the cost consolidation

Why would Biota want to run 2 corporate companies. One in Australia and the other in the USA

Cost lots and lots of money

Manufacturing of the drug will only be allowed in the USA inititally

Marketing of the drug will not be needed once the drug has been given FDA approval. The government will not be giving Biota a quarter of a billion dollars to walk away

I consider it rather a formality. The FED will dig into it's deep pockets (maybe will have to print a few more greenbacks) to buy hundreds and millions of the drug
