There doesnt seem to be much talk on the ERG release tonight, of their proposed" capital restucture" and rights issue partially funded by Babcock. Also the share consolidation of 10 for 1 (at least the share price will go up).
Is all this going forward, good for the company or in the short, bad for the share price. (The full announcement is on the ERG web Site) ?
