what's the deal with rmp?

Has anyone heard or know what RMP is doing with the 20% of Puntland?
Last I heard, was that they had until 31 October to take up the extra 10%. Has this changed or been extended?

I think in the RMP AGM there was a resolution to raise $10m, I hope this is a sign they are taking up the extra 10%.

This would at least show some positive signs for Puntland.
