    If you own any ASX stocks you need to research WHAT you are holding...and why!

    Renounceable offer is not 1.4cps...but 1.2cps @ 1 for 5 held (ie $0.012cps).

    I am presuming you are only guessing that management are selling their shares. No ASX release so far has suggested this?

    Tactics....lol...

    Your concern perhaps should be that IF the offer is not taken up in full, who will be issued/take up the balance of the .012cps shares and what will they do? They do not need to be current shareholders.
