whats the deal with the suspension

Not sure whats goin on today,first I read in the qtrly that the company provide details to the asx with info relating to the "U" deal.

Next thing,this morning I read that the company have requested a trading suspension pending release of info to the market about the u deal !!!!

Has the asx vetoed the release of information relating to the deal which the company first provided them,subject to ammendments the asx wants implemented ????

Has something relating to the "U" info, the company first handed to the asx.

Bit baffled to why we r in another suspension.
