Can someone save me reading through the fine print and tell me what's the capital raising deal for existing shareholders? I know it's 2 for 17 at $1.10 but what's the option of taking up 125% of your allocation that I have heard mentioned? And when does it have to be done by?
Does anyone have an opinion as to why the share price has bounced? We're almost back to the pre-CR announcement price. Why would you buy at this price when there will be 10 million shares purchased by retail investors at $1.10, a significant proportion of whom will be happy to make a quick profit.
I'm already "all in" on BTR. If I buy any more shares they'll have to offer me a board seat (well not quite, but it feels that way). I don't really want to buy any more shares, but I'm going to feel pretty stupid not buying at $1.10 when I can immediately sell at $1.20+.
