whats the deal

As has been demonstrated on numerous occasions the brains trust running Biota sure know a sweet deal when they hear it. So I was wondering can anyone remenber any details of the partnership with Sankyo? Have the mushrooms been told or is it so bad it's covered by a so called confidentiality agreement.
I sure hope it's not another one where the shareholders are bent over and .......
