Deffinately not a negative in my opinion. Company fundamentals have still been increasing since the initial announcement.
Something to consider also. NASDAQ listing will widen investor opportunities, raise capital and cash. However with a good SP rise on the ASX, it has helped PRR's cash position already. Listing on the NASDAQ is not paramount at the moment.
Saying this... I am anxious for the listing. It will be exciting to follow.
