What I fail to understand is, why announcing a Trading Halt under the pretence of a placement to sophisticated Investors if the negotiations weren't finished/completed in the first place..???
This could leave plenty of room for speculations, and open the investors mind to a miriad of reasons as to why this is happening. But knowing the way Angus is running things, everything is possible.
I belive that Hellyeah's comments are more to the point.
