whats the downside?

There's lots of positive threads in here - and they all seem to be indicating one thing... That IVR will take off soon, with some big movements in the coming 3-6 months. Perhaps the posts have a tendency to lean that way because of a bias from holding shares in IVR. We all know anything can happen in the stock market.

I think its worth asking you guys who may understand a bit more than I do, what are some of the critical factors that could play out that wouldn't see IVR live up to all the hype?

Id like to be able to consider all the possible outcomes in depth - good and bad. And yes I do my own research too, but its great to hear other peoples thoughts.
