All their resources proven are amazing considering the price of gold. There doesn't seem to be any effort to provide value for shareholders or even information what their intentions are.
Their announcements are always vanilla flavoured and give no indications as to where they are going. I think most stock holders are sick of paying the wagers of this lifestyle company. They're are so many companies out there busting their guts to provide value to their share holders and MGV isn't one of them.
If you want to see how it's done have a look at DRE 85% of their capital goes into drilling. I've been holding MGV for 3 years and it's a waste of time and money
