Another first day Bank trick was to send the newbie to ANZ (or any other Bank) to get some "Verbal Agreement" forms. At the ANZ he was told that they were fresh out of verbal agreement forms and to try the CBA....and so it went on until the newbie woke up to the con or arrived red faced back at his own bank to report that all the other Banks did not have any either.
