I don't "fall in love with stocks" and I'm not impressed by promises not delivered. However, I've seen before how a company's SP can be manipulated by a predator. In fact, as a shareholder with a sizeable holding in a company that was taken over a few years ago for a bargain price after months of SP manipulation, I received enough phone calls from both sides to witness first hand what can happen. For the record, I don't want a TO of Rox. But if there is one I certainly don't want it swallowed up for peanuts. Now, you asked and I've answered. End of conversation.
