But the constant company miscommunications, delays and missed deadlines in securing the agreement created uncertainties that pushed the SP into a sustained downtrend. The company had to issue new shares at seriously discounted prices. Yes, the company got the money it needed and the mine will go ahead, but current retail shareholder have been left out in the cold. We're less likely to profit from our company's success due to managements failings. The company should have handled things better
