fully valued its a 15c stock at best (it was trading close to this less than 12 months ago). It wont go that high until they are fully operational and have no hick ups along the way (thats unlikely)
If they had done a better job financing it it could have easily been a 30-40c stock
In fairness it probably should trade at about 10c but given most holders are under water and instos and strategics have their fair share, not sure who would be buying now
