    Whilst I strongly agree posters should tread carefully and avoid emotive comments, injurious falsehood is difficult to prove, much more so than defamation. Not a lawyer but understand that with injurious falsehood they must prove the publication is untrue, secondly they must show malicious intent and thirdly they must show actual damage as opposed to the potential for damage as in the case of defamation.
