The new register will be tightly held with new and existing insti investors holding 80% of SOI. This is a big vote of confidence in company prospects.

On the other hand it's hard not to arrive at the conclusion retail shareholders got the dirty end of the stick here. CR was lowballed to our detriment. Management did a poor job protecting our interests.
