A placement of 32.5mill shares for $130k has now been performed....

A placement of 32.5mill shares for $130k has now been performed. Obviously LUM management are getting their mates set at pretty cheap prices. There is absolutely no need for $130k cash ATM when they have $1.5mill in the bank account and pretty much no cash burn. It is getting very interesting - think I'm tempted to buy some soon at around 0.4-0.5c. They obviuosly have their eye on a mining acquisition - but what?
