Directors own 51%, China JV partner owns 29% and IMH 20%. Forget making profits trading in China, it doesn't happen, can anyone tell me a company they have invested in that makes money from the Chinese market? So directors won't get much out of their 51%. China is where you manufacture cheaply and sell offshore, IMH will make its profit by buying Phoslock out of China cheap and selling to Europe and US at big mark up.
