This was bound to happen. The merging of two companies is incredibly complex. They have to work out how to merge the technical systems and the culture of each company. It takes years before you sort it out and realise the synergies.
TBH - I expected this and I reckon it may be next year or so before they work everything working together and we start seeing the upside that was promised with the merger.
