As long as DT doesnt sell off his stake, he can walk back in I presume. With 17% or so percent holdings he gets two or three board seats for representatives.
I think he resigned volunatarily after working non stop, so likely need some breather. He is quite young so I presume he will enjor his time off and if he feels like TPG needs him again or he wants to get involved refreshed so be it.
Doubt anyone shareholders will object with his track record.
