I can assure you I do not blindly beleive in the BYR management.


As Mae West said so elequently " she was snow white once,but faded",just as may I suggest a larger portion of the ASX management have become,than you think,no I cant prove it but surely self interest will come to the for,in what ever shade of grey you choose to decide on.

Indeed I gave you an example ( which didnt take me a lot of thought) of how easy directors,chairmen can overcome barriers to their advantage without seemingly breaking rules,while blindsiding SHrs as to the true events unfolding.
Your purile utopian view of corporate management is somewhat naive in the extreme IMHO.
The only "call I have made" abundantly clear IMHO is to those who post saying how crooked BYR management are, is to persue the matter-to the bitter end via the appropriate agencys.
Surely the truth will out?
Having misused my words,Im tempted to stoop to your level,but I wont.

I do not like seeing anyone suffer losses least of all me.
Its a cruel fact that most winners do so at the losses of others.
Yes I could have spat the dummy at the very lows and suffered horrendous losses,I could have sold at three times the lows and had "some money"to carry on,or may I suggest take the harder road,take the emotion out of the equasion,and do business,which is my current position.
I can assure you Im rather good at taken losses,much to the only person I report to(the wifes) chagrin.
As this company has a JORC resource which could easily improve with further drilling and the POG doubling since the last thoughts of production were looked at in 2009,there is oppurtunity at least in the shorterm for some SP appreciation,so I'll stick around.
