The same theme again, there's a message there for the BLG board!
They needed more cash to become viable.
I believe the biggest mistake they made however was that, they only offered shares to select private investors, which severely retricted their scope for capital raising.
Tough news, but I think the company's fortunes are not a reflection of the state of the PV industry.
