I have been hearing the same rumours that all is going along real fine. Also that it will be a great announcement on what these Directors have / are putting together. How long we have to wait for news, who knows but I am not to worried as I am in it for the long term. This little company has just started and Coal is the flavour of the year energy stock. If they keep on finding new acquisitions or J.V. and then go into production we should see a dividend for shareholders come in. Coal prices are a third of the price of what they were 2 years ago when the Global market was "humping".Coal prices are steadily climbing back up,so all is a plus for us. If we see K.R.L. continue to "hop" into new business over the years to come and be a producer we are laughing.
