I'm just trying to piece together the big picture here.

Given the multiple involvements of people like yourself and Mark I'm confused about the relationships between say KRL, Alexis, PT Genesis and ESA. Is KRL just an easy way for Alexis to get funds from the market?

Given the potential of the Indonesian coal tenements I would have thought Alexis could have gotten institiuional partners to make up whatever the members themselves were short of especially as we're not talking about a lot of cash from KRL (~$5m) for a 50% stake. Maybe I'm missing something.

Nannook, if you can shed any light on the big picture here I'd be mighty glad to see it.
