what's the latest on the hoepakrantz farm?

Does anyone know where we're up to with the Hoepakrantz farm?

A google search doesn't give any information on Maleti Minerals. The Supreme Court of Appeal website doesn't have any information on this case.

Have there been any company announcements regarding this farm's legal challenge?

Will this farm be included in the current DMR application?

The only reference I can find is from Barry Sargeant's interview with Shapiro on 1/12/10:

BARRY SERGEANT: ... by the Constitutional Court. There's a third property called Hoepakrantz...

IAN SHAPIRO: Yes.
