Further to my last post, it will be interesting to learn whether Myeleti Minerals was required to formally register any "grant" of a prospecting right and failed to do so and Genorah Resources merely took advantage of its oversight or, rather, whether there was an administrative blunder by somebody at the Mining Titles Office and Myeleti Minerals was completely blameless in the matter.
Assuming that Myeleti Minerals is not entitled to preferent mining rights it would appear that the law favours Genorah Resources in any event.
Once again the DMR is under the spotlight.
